Daily maintenance for air cold dryer machine
1, Check Operating Parameters:
l Monitor the temperature and pressure gauges on the air dryer control panel to ensure they are within the recommended operating range.
l Verify that the dew point temperature meets the required level for your application, indicating proper moisture removal.
2, Inspect for Leaks:
l Perform a visual inspection of all connections, fittings, and valves for signs of air leaks, including loose fittings, damaged seals, or worn gaskets.
l Use an ultrasonic leak detector or a soap solution to pinpoint and confirm the presence of leaks.
3, Drain Moisture:
l Open the condensate drain valve to release any accumulated moisture or condensate from the dryer's air system.
l Ensure that the drain valve operates smoothly and effectively removes moisture without any blockages or restrictions.
4, Clean Air Filters:
l Locate the air intake filter(s) on the dryer and remove them for inspection.
l Clean reusable filters by gently tapping or brushing off dust and debris, or wash them with mild soap and water if necessary.
l Replace disposable filters with new ones if they are dirty or clogged beyond cleaning.
5, Inspect Heat Exchangers:
l Access the heat exchanger(s) inside the dryer and visually inspect them for any signs of corrosion, scaling, or fouling.
l Use a soft brush or compressed air to remove any debris or buildup from the heat exchanger surfaces.
l Clean the heat exchangers with a mild detergent solution or specialized cleaner if significant fouling is present.
6, Check Refrigerant Levels:
l Monitor the refrigerant pressure gauges on the dryer to ensure that the refrigerant levels are within the specified operating range.
l Consult the dryer's manual or contact a qualified technician if refrigerant levels are low or if there are indications of a refrigerant leak.
7, Verify Control Settings:
l Review the control settings on the dryer's control panel to ensure that temperature, pressure, and other parameters are set correctly for your application.
l Adjust settings as needed based on changes in operating conditions or production requirements.
8, Inspect Electrical Connections:
l Visually inspect all electrical connections, wires, and terminals for signs of damage, corrosion, or overheating.
l Tighten any loose connections and replace damaged components or wirin as necessary to ensure safe and reliable operation.
9, Check Air Flow:
l Verify that air is flowing through the dryer's inlet and outlet ports without obstruction.
l Inspect air filters, coils, and other components for any buildup of dirt, dust, or debris that could restrict airflow.
l Clean or replace filters and remove any obstructions to maintain proper air flow through the dryer.
10, Record Observations:
l Keep a detailed log of daily maintenance activities, including any observations, measurements, and adjustments made to the dryer.
l Note any abnormalities, such as unusual noise or vibration, changes in operating parameters, or signs of wear or damage.
