This is a semi-automatic bottling line for 18.9-liter bottles of small-scale production need.

Which has included the following items:

1.     Bottle flush washer, with bottle filler. 2pcs of wash nozzles, 2pcs of filling nozzles.

2.     Manual capping tool

3.     Semi-automatic labeler for adhesive sticker labels.

4.     3 meters of conveyors for option.

5.     3 sets of working platform. 1set one for empty bottles, 2nd one for filled bottled to be labeled, 3rd one for labeled bottles. These are for option.

Simple introduction

The whole line consists with decapper, brusher and washer filler capper machine. The working procedure is as below:

1.        Worker put the bottle to the decapper. Feet step on the pedal. The decapper removes the cap from bottle in the meantime.

2.        Worker put the bottle inside the brusher, close the cover. The brusher do the both internal and external washing with brush and water. When it reaches the preset time, the machine stops working.

3.        Worker opens the cover and takes out the bottle from brusher, put it into the washer position. Press the button for washing, The machine do the washing and stop working after reaching the preset time. Worker takes the bottle and put it at filling station, press the button for filling. After it reaches preset time, the machine stops filling. Worker push the filled bottle to the capping station. Manually place the cap on the bottle and press the handle to tighten the cap.

4.        Worker takes the filled bottle and place it at the storage area.

Remark:

• All the time is adjustable：Brush washing time, rinsing time, filling time.

• he decapper need air supply from small air compressor. The air compressor pressure should be 0.6MPa.    

• Remark: The client need prepare air compressor for the air supply for semi auto decapper.
