Part A: Simple instruction

For the bottling plant of small bottles, like bottles size range from 100ml to 2000ml bottles, we may need the following machiniery. 

   1. RO machine. To make pure water from tap water or well water. 

   2. Blow molding machine. To make PET plastic water bottles.
       1) Semi-autoamtic stretch blow molding machine, with better price and slower capacity.
       2) Full-automatic stretch blow molding machine, with higher price and faster capacity. 
       3) Faster and slower machinery for different needs of different clients. 

   3. Bottle washing filling capping machine.
       1) Faster and slower machinery for different needs of different clients. 

   4. Labeling machine.
       1) Labeling machine for adhesivie sticker labels. 
       2) Labeling machine for hot glue/OPP labels. 
       3) Labeling machine for shrinkable labels, such as PVC labels. 
       4) Labeling machine for paper labels. often used in vinigur bottles and saurce bottles.

   5. Shrink packing machine. To pack the bottles into packages.

   6. inkjet printer or laser printer. To make time and date on bottle surface.

In the other hand, if the carbonated drinks bottling line is in need, then there are more accessory machinery will be needed:
      1) Mixing/Blending tanks. to mix the necessary flavors into the water. 
      2) Cooling machine. to cool down the mixed dirnks temperature, because the CO2 gas can only be mixed into the drinks when the liquid temperature is very low to 3-5 degrees.
      3) Carbonating system. to mix the CO2 into the cold drinks. 
      4) Temperary storage tanks before the bottling machine, to make sure the drinks can be kept in cold temperature before filling into the bottles.
