26, PET bottles are too soft
A, Causes:
   1, Bottle design is not good
   2, Heating temperature is too high


B, Solutions:
   1, Improve and change the bottle design 
   2, Bottles are better to be made by lower heating temperature. That we call “just right” temperature.


27, PET bottles smell like burnt
A, Causes:
   1, Heating temperature is too high
   2, Air quality from the air compressor is not good.
   3, Bad-quality PET preforms


B, Solutions:
   1, Reduce the heating temperature in the heating tunnel. 
   2, Check and clean the air compressors, the air filters, and air cold dryer. Make sure they are all clean and working well functionally. 
   3, Get good quality PET preforms. Different price, different quality, do not always buy the cheapest preforms. 


28, Bottled water go bad with bad smell after a short time. 
A, Causes:
   1, Too much ethanal in the bottle material 
   3, PET preforms not good quality


B, Solutions:
   1, Both PET preforms and bottles are better be made under lower temperature.
   2, Check the PET granules supplier, which must be with good quality. Get a good supplier.
