The following items should be paid more attention to when the pressure oil is being replaced.

1, The to-be-added oil must be the same as the precious oil. Because different pressure oil may cause chemical reaction and which will affect the quality of the pressure oil.

2, If the pressure oil is disappearing without any remarkable reason, then the machine should be checked very well, and to find out   the reasons. Then add the pressure oil.

3, The used pressure oil should be all removed from the oil tank, and the internal oil tank should be cleaned.

4, Before replacing the pressure oil, the oil filters should be cleaned at first.

5, The oil pipe which is used for replacing the pressure oil should be very clean.

6, The pressure oil should not be added into the oil tank directly. It should be added after a layer of oil filter net.

7, Do not use clothes or cottons for cleaning the oil tank or the oil filter, because the small scratches from the clothes and cottons will block the filter net.
