Common faults and solutions for adhesive stickers labeling machine. Part one

A. Back paper broken during labeling process

1) Not qualified back paper. To get better quality stickers.

2) Too strong traction from the spring. To adjust the tension of the spring

3) Too much glue on the labels, slimy labels.

4) Reduce the length of to-be-out label.

B. Labeling deviation, cause low precision

1) Release the traction spring, and pull the labels back and forth again and again. Then, the label belt will go straight. Then, fix tight the clips of the label roll and export the labels straightly.

2) The path of the label roll must be parallel with the products’ conveyor belt. This can be done by adjust the inclination of the label head.

3) Fix tight the screws on the traction wheel. If the screws are not tight, then the wheel will be slipping, and get worn out too fast.

4) Label size error. Make sure all labels must be in the same correct size in length, width and thickness.

C. Labels go continually

1) If there are more than one labels go out for the one same bottle, then it means maybe the sensitivity of the senor is in disorder.

2) The sensitivity of the sensor need to be adjusted.

3) The path of the label roll must be parallel with the products’ conveyor belt.

4) If the problem is still there, then try to replace the sensor.

D. Back paper loose on the position of the label-separate steel plate

1) The back paper is not tight when the label goes through the label-separate plate, because the strength of the traction is not strong enough.

2) Check if the traction speed is too slow, make it a little quick.

3) Check if the traction section is slipping, and fix tight the screws on the traction axis.

4) Check if the drive belt of the back-paper retrieve wheel is broken. Fix it or replace it.

E. Labels can not be pasted on bottles’ surface fully

1) Label surface is too hard. Then, a suitable soft labels will be better.
