This machine is specially designed to fill the pure water, mineral water, distilled water and other bacteria free liquids.
The equipment is applied for 3gallon to 5gallon bottles.
As the equipment integrates the processes of bottle washing, filling, lid mounting, lid pressing and finished product delivering, it is the ideal choice of water plants.

For operations, the equipment can be configured with the following machines: auto cap removing machine, bottle external washer, auto loader, shrinking machine, light inspection equipment and other equipments.

• 1. Automatic breaker protection for power leakage or short circuit;

• 2. Under-pressure protection: when incoming air’s pressure is ≦0.5MPa, the equipment will be automatically stopped;

• 3. Water-shortage protection: when the level of the water tank is lower than that of the float switch, the equipment will be automatically stopped;

• 4. Special filling principle: dual filling (at the early filling stage, the two filling valves work simultaneously; after sometime, the auxiliary filling valve stops working, while main filling valve keeps working.), avoid water waste.

• 5. Reasonable washing processes for each model  machine.

• 6. In the washing station, the bottle is conveyed by the pneumatic cylinder. It may the movement precise.
