Two functions:
1. In & external brush washer for used 5 gallon water botltes. 
2. Caps remover for used 5 gallon water bottles. 

Machine is activated for the wash cycle by means of a micro switch on the lid.

Wash cycle time is adjusted by a variable timer. Wash cycle is determined by the operator depending upon the condition of the bottles. It is recommended that initially all bottles are processed through the machine prior to Rinsing and Filling to ensure that all bottles are thoroughly washed and of a standard.

Machine throughput depends upon the condition of the bottles. It is recommended that a solution such as Oakite Liquilin Safeguard is used in the machine.
