A. Labels are not cut in the correct position

1) The label separate sensor get dirty, and it needs to be cleaned.

2) The sensitivity of the sensor is not adjusted well.

3) Check all parameters on the touch screen and adjust them accordingly.

4) Drive belt loose, need to be fixed tight.

B. Label cutter knife gets damages too often.

1) The cutting position is not correct.

2) The label-down wheels are not fixed tight and they shake during working. This will damage the cutter knife.

3) The cutter box should be cleaned completely after labels get jammed. Because there may be small slices of plastic labels jammed inside the cutter box.

4) When the labels get jammed, the emergency stop button should be pressed immediately.

5) The cutter knife should be fixed inside the cutter box correctly.

 

C. Thickness difference of the labels cause labels’ jamming.

1) Normally we suggest the thickness of the labels to be 4micron. It can shrink very well and looks perfect.

2) The labels can not be too thick, nor too thin.

 

D. The bearing and metal sheet get damages too often.

1) Label down wheels are too tight on the label guide stick. Then the bearing and metal sheets will get damaged after long time working .

E. Machine is not running stably. Sometimes good, sometimes not.

1) All working steps must be adjusted very well, then the machine can work stably in long time.

2) The operator should be well trained and should have some basic knowledge on mechanic equipment.

F. Springs inside the butter box

1) The springs which are used for fix and hold the cutter knifes must be fixed in very good position.

2) The position of the springs change, then the cutter knife will be in wrong position. Then there will be small slice of the labels on the cutter knife, and the labels get jammed.

3) After adjusting the position of the cutter knifes, the springs must be fixed tight, then the position of the cutter knifes will not be changed easily.
