After sometimes working, the pressure of the steam generator drops, and which can not supplier enough steam for the shrink tunnel of the labeling machine.

There are some possible reasons as following:

1, The electricity phase is not enough. Machines are designed for 3phase (380V/50HZ, or 220V/60HZ). Get a electrician to check the power supply system, and make sure the wire connections are correct.

2, Check if the water pump is working well. When you turn on the steam generator, the pump will pump the water into the water tank full-automatically. While the machine will stop when the water tank is full due to the water-level floating ball is equipped inside the water tank.

  And when the water level inside the water tank is slower than set level, the pump will start work again full automatically.

3, Check if the pressure gauge is working well. When the pressure of the steam reaches to 0.38Mpa, then which means the steam is enough and ready for going out.

  At this time, you can open the valve, and let the steam flow into the shrink tunnel.

4, Drain the waste water in the steam pot.

everyday after work, the remain steam inside the tank should be let off. if not, then when the steam get cold, it will become water, and it will be negative pressure inside the water pot and which will suck the water back into the steam pot. Once there are water inside the steam pot, then the space inside the steam pot will be not enough for storing more steam.

You will have to open the valve and let go the water inside the steam pot. And keep enough space for steam pot.

5, During operation, if the alternating current keep on switching on and off. You will need to check the power supply to see if the voltage is enough.

6, Clean the water scale on the heater. Water scale occurs after long time work if raw water are being used for steam generator.

  Check and clean the water heater regularly. Or better use pure water.

7, If the water pumps keeps pumping without stopping, then check the water level floating ball inside the water tank, which may need to be replaced.
